Improvements to Disclosure checks

We’ve added in the ability to cancel a Disclosure check which has not yet been sent off to the provider. This means that data which is not required is removed and if the check was paid for by the data subject they are refunded.

We also have been able to update how data subject names are collected and submitted to the providers. Previously if a name contained a diacritic the provider would not accept it. However now, we allow the data subject to submit their name in the native format and convert the characters in the background to meet the providers rules.

Both of these improvements go towards creating a better experience for managing and completing Disclosure checks.
