If you run into issues when setting up a new account or logging back into an existing account, these FAQs should help guide you.

Setting up a new account

I didn't receive an invitation email

Confirm with an admin user within your Amiqus account that the correc email address was added.

Check the email didn't go to your spam folder in your email.

If not found, email support@amiqus.co and we will help troubleshoot the issue.

It says "Something went wrong, please try again later."

Try repeating the action. If this happens again, email support@amiqus.co and we will help troubleshoot the issue.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two‑factor authentication adds an extra layer of security, unique to your account, which significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

To enable two-factor authentication on initial set up, please follow these steps;

  1. After you've chosen a password for your account, you will be required to scan a QR code using your preferred authenticator app. The authenticator app will give you a one-time code.
  2. Enter this code and then click the "Verify code" button.
  3. If you could not scan the code. click the :Having trouble scanning?" link. This will give you a setup code to enter into your authenticator app. The app will then give you a one-time code.
  4. Enter this code and then click the "Verify code" button.
I can't access the login screen

This might be because the organisation your work for or IT department have a controlled list of websites that they allow access to.

We recommend you check within your organisation to see if there is an "allow list" that needs to be updated to include the domains; auth.amiqus.co and id.amiqus.co to ensure full access to Amiqus.

Logging into existing account

How do I log into my account?

If your business uses Amiqus, you can log in to your account by following these simple steps;

  1. Navigate to the log in page https://id.amiqus.co/login.
  2. Enter in your email address and password that was registered when creating your account.
  3. Click the "Log in" button.
  4. If you have two-factor authentication set up, you will be asked to enter in your authentication code.
  5. Submit the code and now you are logged in.
How do I log in using two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If you have set up two-factor authentication prior, then when you try to access your account you are required to provide a one-time password as well as your usual password. To log in using two-factor authentication, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the log in page https://id.amiqus.co/login.
  2. Enter in your email address and password that was registered when creating your account.
  3. Click the "Log in" button.
  4. You will be asked for a one-time code for two-factor authentiaction. If you do not have access to your authenticator app read: What if I have been locked out of my account due to two-factor authenication (2FA)?
  5. Go to the authenticator app you used to set up 2FA and copy the code.
  6. Enter the one-time code and click the "Verify code" button.
How do I change my password?

If you need to change your password because you have forgotten it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the log in page https://id.amiqus.co/login.
  2. Click the "forgotten your password?" link.
  3. Enter in your email address which is associated to your account.
  4. An email will be sent which requires you to confirm the request to change the password. Click the "Confirm password change" button in the email. This will open a window where you will be required to enter a new password.
  5. Choose a new password. Your password must contain:
    • At least 10 characters in length
    • Contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:
      • Lower case letters (a-z)
      • Upper case letters (A-Z)
      • Numbers (i.e. 0-9)
      • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
    • No more than 2 identical characters in a row (e.g., "aaa" not allowed)
  6. Re-enter your chosen password.
  7. Click the "Change password" button to save the new changes.
  8. Now you can access your account using the newly changed password by navigating to the log in page https://id.amiqus.co/login.
What if I have been locked out of my account due to two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If you have been locked out of your Amiqus account due to being unable to enter your two-factor authentication (2FA), please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact an admin user within your Amiqus account and let them know that you are locked out of your account due to two-factor authentication.
  2. The admin user will then be able to remove you from the team by following the steps in this article: Removing a user. Please note, as soon as you are removed from the Amiqus account, you will be unassigned from any people or requests that you were previously assigned to.
  3. Once you have been removed from the team, the Admin user will then be able to re-add you to the team by following the steps in this article: Adding new users.
  4. Finally, once you have access to the account again, you will be able to turn on 2FA from within your account by following the steps in this article: Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
