Umega Lettings is a growing letting agency. We need to run checks on all new landlords we onboard to comply with industry regulation.
We deal with around 70-100 new tenants each month who we process checks on before they move into their properties. We also process checks on all staff as they are often out visiting people in their own homes.
We wanted to streamline our process to reduce paperwork and staff time on processing checks, and also ensure full compliance ahead of pending Letting Agent Regulation legislation.
Amiqus ID has made the process of running checks so simple and efficient, not to mention all the paper they've helped us save too!

As the customer completes their own check and uploads their documents straight into the system, our staff save loads of time (and faff) in processing. We're confident we are complying with the law without this being cumbersome or complicated.
We introduced Amiqus for our landlord checks initially and we loved it so much we then rolled it out for tenant credit, ID and reference checking too. The last stage we introduced was our staff checks - the ability to run disclosure checks made this a no-brainer.
