About the role
As our first dedicated Senior Enterprise Sales Lead, you’ll be a key part of our sales team – scaling our footprint within new business and supporting a small number of high-value enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle at Amiqus.
Beyond winning new business, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our outbounding strategy, prospecting effectively, and helping to sustainably grow revenue with some of our most valuable clients. You’ll also lead by example, showcasing best practices in prospecting and outbounding to the wider sales team.
This role is critical to our ambition of growing Amiqus 10x over the next five years, and you’ll be a key contributor in driving that long-term success.
How you’ll make an impact
- Own and exceed sales targets, driving sustainable revenue growth for Amiqus.
- Build and execute a territory plan to prioritise outreach and win new business.
- Co-design and lead enterprise prospecting strategies with the Sales Director.
- Manage key accounts with a high-touch, consultative approach, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to client needs and Amiqus goals.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive organic growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close complex deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, onboarding and sales to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in HubSpot.
- Use MEDDPICC/SPICED frameworks to qualify deals and drive performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support client success.
What we’re looking for from you
- Proven success in hitting large sales targets and winning new enterprise accounts
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and full-cycle sales experience
- Background in enterprise software or tech solution sales
- Skilled in building rapport quickly and accelerating relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline
- Confident negotiator, especially with complex enterprise contracts
- Collaborative mindset, you thrive working cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and effective in distributed teams
- Strategic thinker who aligns client needs with business goals
- Comfortable prioritising and delivering under pressure
