Cost and set-up

  • No. Wallet is included at no extra cost and uses no extra credits.

  • Tell us you’d like it, either through the turn-on form or by replying to our email, and we’ll switch it on for you. There’s nothing to install.

  • No. Wallet is a setting on your Amiqus requests, so your process stays the same. If you have templates created before Wallet launched, we’ll check them and update them for you so Wallet shows up correctly.

  • Yes. You can offer Wallet on every request, or choose request by request. Most firms turn it on for everyone.

  • Yes. Firms use Wallet for client onboarding, staff vetting, or both.

Your clients and candidates

  • No. Wallet is always optional. Anyone who’d rather not create a Wallet can continue as a guest and complete your request exactly as they do today.

  • No. Wallet works in the app or straight from the browser.

  • Wallet is designed to be simple, works in the browser with no download, and is optional. Clients who prefer not to use it can continue as a guest.

Compliance, data and security
