About the role
This role will play a key part in supporting both the Business operations and Leadership teams, as well as the different cross-functional teams across the business on occasion. Main responsibilities include:

- Organise the logistics of our board meetings and also help prepare and take minutes
- Support management of internal communication and company events
- Provide day to day office coordination and management
- Supporting our cross functional teams with event organisation and booking
- Supporting Business operations in general on daily tasks and project work
- General admin tasks within the Leadership and Business operations teams
About you
We’re looking for someone who is forward thinking, dynamic and is genuinely interested in Amiqus and growing their career here. Ideally we’re looking for someone who has supported CEOs and Directors in previous roles and understand the management style required for this.
In addition, we are looking for the following:
- Experience in a similar capacity, supporting Leadership roles and small teams
- Previous experience working in start up or scale-up environments would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient with Google suite
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work from our Leith-based office at least twice per week
Our interview process
We think it’s important to have an open and transparent interview process so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect. The process might vary slightly depending on the role type or team you apply to join but it usually goes as follows:
- Internal review of applications
- An initial chat about the role with our People and engagement manager
- A more structured interview with the function manager
- Role offer
- Onboarding welcome and process kick off with support across the team
If this is you and the role sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact [email protected] for a confidential discussion and attach an up-to-date CV / portfolio.
