About the role
Working within the Acquisition and Growth team you’ll be responsible for planning and managing engaging events – virtual and in-person, and creating compelling content that drives brand awareness and engagement across social media channels. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on event planning, creating engaging content, is open to learning new things, isn’t afraid to juggle more than one task at a time and has impeccable organisational skills.
This role is crucial in shaping how the market perceives Amiqus and plays a direct role in lead generation. You will collaborate closely with sales, client success, product, and external partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
Main responsibilities include:
Event Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage all Acquisition and Growth events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, roundtables, executive dinners and conferences).
- Own the end-to-end event lifecycle, including promotion, logistics, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure we have a regular calendar of events scheduled, working with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver these.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure event alignment with business goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors.
- Create promotional materials and post-event content, including recap blogs, video highlights, and email follow-ups.
- Measure and report on event ROI and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Manage day-to-day operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms relevant to B2B SaaS.
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience (posts, graphics, short videos, thought leadership), working with our Content Marketer to build a schedule of activity.
- Monitor social channels for trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.
- Work with design and content teams to create campaigns that support product launches, events, thought leadership, and lead generation.
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, lead attribution).
Other
- Regularly share content with partner platforms and keen external profiles up to date.
- Own our relationship with G2, working closely with client facing teams to drive new reviews and improve social proof.
- Support the wider marketing team with OKRs and team projects.
About you

This role is an important role within the marketing team. As we embark on huge growth targets, this role has been created to support our demand generation activities and ensure the Amiqus brand is represented positively on all platforms. Therefore we require someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and can spread themselves across different tasks whilst managing their time effectively. This role would be perfect for someone who is passionate about brand and events, and is looking to further develop themselves within the marketing space.
In addition, we are are looking for the following:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on event planning and social media management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events from start to finish.
- Good understanding of B2B SaaS buyer personas and digital customer journeys.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks at any given time.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Understanding of SEO and paid social strategies.
