How do we collect information about you?

An individual has recently completed an Amiqus request, and provided us with your name and business email address to let you know about Amiqus’ services via our referral scheme.

What kind of personal information do we collect?

  • Your name
  • Your business email address

How is your information used?

We process your information to generate a single email to you containing a link to amiqus.co/referral. No follow up emails will be issued and your information will not be added to any additional distribution or marketing lists. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

How long is your information kept for?

If our email is not of interest to you and we do not hear from you, your information will be permanently deleted from our records after 10 days.

Who has access to your information?

Access to your personal information is limited to specific Amiqus team members only. We do not share your information with any third parties other than those suppliers who provide us with the systems we use. Where third parties process data on our behalf, they won’t use your personal information for their own purposes and we only permit them to use it in accordance with our instructions and the law. We have appropriate safeguards in place to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA.

Our lawful basis for processing

We process your personal information because we have ascertained specific legitimate business purposes to do so.
