You are. Wallet lets clients reuse the information they’ve already provided, but your firm still reviews it, makes its own compliance (AML) decisions and keeps its own audit trail. You never rely on another firm’s approval.

Clients control their own Wallet and choose what to share and with whom. Amiqus is responsible for information stored in Wallet, and your firm remains responsible for the information shared with you for your checks.
