The role
In this role, you’ll take ownership end-to-end of our partnerships and campaigns via a mix of events, webinars, and content.
Positioning yourself at the heart of cross-functional execution, you’ll collaborate with Account managers, BDMs, SDRs, Product teams, and our dedicated GTM group to ensure our work delivers measurable impact.
Currently, our efforts are distributed across various teams. You’ll centralise these functions, establishing scalable processes, minimising operational friction, and elevating the Amiqus brand presence as we continue to accelerate our growth.
Expect to hold real responsibility across multiple areas rather than one narrow lane. Our events grow out of the partnerships you’ll develop, and your campaigns, whether digital, in-person, or both, exist to do one job: grow recurring revenue by bringing new clients in and helping current ones get more value.
This is an individual contributor position offering substantial autonomy, providing you the opportunity to build and shape this
What you’ll be doing
Events and webinar delivery
- Take complete ownership of the event lifecycle, spanning the initial brief to logistics, communications, and impact reporting – across webinars, hosted client sessions, and GTM field activity
- Coordinate complex timelines, speaker management, and attendee outreach to ensure seamless execution and follow-up
- Maintain a gold-standard experience for all partners, attendees, and internal stakeholders involved in our events
- Travel throughout the UK as the face of Amiqus to support and deliver events in person.
Campaign and GTM initiatives
- Align campaign efforts across Product, Sales, and Leadership teams, keeping strategic initiatives moving through rigorous planning and stakeholder engagement
- Bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure every webinar and campaign is unified and impactful
- Serve as the vital link between departments – removing blockers, chasing updates, and sustaining momentum across the board.
Commercial operations and insights
- Utilise HubSpot to track engagement and pipeline influence, providing clear visibility into the commercial success of our initiatives
- Develop scalable, repeatable documentation and operational frameworks that support our rapid growth trajectory
- Drive accountability and transparency across all ongoing commercial projects and GTM efforts.
Process evolution and AI integration
- Identify ways to streamline manual tasks by implementing automation and leveraging AI tools to enhance our operational efficiency.
- Establish best-in-class workflows that elevate our event and partnership functions as we continue to scale.
What we’re looking for:
You’re at your best in a dynamic, high-growth setting, where you can bring structure and focus to several concurrent projects. Someone who’s previously worked in a start up or scale up environment would probably thrive most in this role. With a sharp commercial eye and a talent for organisation, you navigate cross-functional coordination with ease, mastering everything from detailed logistics and stakeholder engagement to operational systems and performance metrics.
In addition, we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated history of managing the full lifecycle of events, digital sessions, or go-to-market initiatives
- Exceptional partner management capabilities paired with a meticulous approach to detail
- Articulate communicator with the confidence to engage and manage senior-level stakeholders effectively
- Experience navigating collaborative workflows within a fast-moving, scaling organisation
- Proficiency with commercial operations software and CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
- A business-centric perspective with a keen interest in driving revenue and market expansion
- Flexibility to travel across the United Kingdom to represent the brand at in-person events
It would also be advantageous if you have:
- Prior exposure to regulated fields like legal tech or compliance, enabling immediate value in industry discussions
- Direct experience within B2B SaaS marketing or commercial growth operations
- Familiarity with the modern GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Luma, and automation tools
This is a fast-growing, scale-up environment – not a large scale corporation. Things move quickly. Whilst we have structure and excellent people – you’ll need to be able to deliver and implement things directly so we’re looking for someone who’s energised by making change, having specific impact and scaling themselves as we grow on our 10x plan.
Please note: our events happen all over the UK, travel will be required.
Our interview process
We think it’s important to have an open and transparent process. The process might vary slightly depending on role and level but here’s what to expect:
- An initial conversation with a member of the people experience team
- Interview with a senior team member/hiring manager and one other team member
- Structured Panel interview and presentation for shortlisted candidates (if applicable)
- References and background checks followed by role offer
If this sounds like the role for you, you can apply directly here.
