Adverse media improvements
Snippet content from adverse media links are now visually displayed inline on the results. This allows clients to understand better why a link has been included and use it for reference if the original source is no longer available. Clients can review at scale using a button to “display all” or “collapse all” at once.

Watchlist notification copy update
Emails and in-app notifications for Watchlist have been corrected to be more relevant and contextual.

2003 version of Hong Kong ID cards is no longer supported in Photo ID checks
Due to the Hong Kong government phasing out the 2003 Hong Kong National Identity Card (HKID), Onfido (our Photo ID service provider) will no longer support this document. This will be flagged as an “unsupported document” in the check results. Newer versions of this document type will continue to be supported.

When assigning team members it’s now possible to search for a user by name or email address.

Watchlist monitor expiry date added to export
The watchlist monitor expiry date is now included within the requests export in both csv and JSON format.

Allow clients / candidates with an Amiqus account to save and re-use documents
Data subjects (clients or candidates) who have signed up for an Amiqus Account are now able to save document files submitted in response to a document request into their account, and re-use in response to future document requests.
