Amiqus Wallet turns one: the case for doing things once

Starting a new job or moving house means sharing the same details again and again. Your name, your address, your documents. Then the next firm asks for them all over again.
Your clients and candidates know this feeling. It’s repetitive for them, and it’s often the first thing they do with your firm.

The idea behind Wallet was simple: people shouldn’t have to keep starting from scratch every time they need to prove who they are. One year on, we’re starting to see what that vision looks like in practice.

A year in: momentum is building

People only reuse what they’ve saved if they choose to save it.

  • Nearly 36,000 people across the UK now have an Amiqus Wallet
  • Over 50 firms have Wallet enabled, with nearly two thirds of recruitment candidates choosing to use it when offered
  • Weekly usage is now 20 times higher than a year ago
  • 412 people have already reused their Wallet across different firms. Some users across 3 different firms
  • We’ve launched Wallet Web, improved accessibility across the experience and continued making it easier for people to complete their checks.

Recognition from the recruitment sector

PSR Wallet, powered by Amiqus Wallet, won the Best Use of Technology & Innovation Award at the 2026 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards. It’s a great milestone for the PSR team, and a fitting one for Wallet’s first year.

PSR helps public sector organisations recruit and onboard talent. With Wallet, workers save their details and documents once and reuse them, instead of starting from scratch each time. At AMS, completion times have dropped by 51% with Wallet, saving workers around 44 minutes per request.

Where Wallet fits with your firm

Whether your clients are moving through a property transaction or your candidates are joining a new employer, Wallet gives them a way to reuse information they’ve already saved.

If your firm uses Amiqus, turning on Wallet is easy. It works with your existing requests, and our team can help switch it on. Your clients and candidates choose whether to use Wallet or continue as a guest.

Ready to offer Wallet to your clients and candidates?

Nearly two thirds of recruitment candidates choose Wallet when it’s offered.

Thank you to everyone who has used Wallet and shared feedback this year. It shapes how we improve the way people save, share and reuse their information.
